Nicholas Pappas is Executive Director of Investments for K. Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and acquiring residential property with venture capital. He coordinates with the operating business units at the company and investor partners to acquire, construct, sell homes, and report on the company’s home building operations.

For 15 years prior to his position as Executive Director of Investments Nicholas was President of the company’s Southern California Coastal Region, where he oversaw home building operations throughout Southern California.

Prior to joining K. Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc, Nicholas was President of First City Properties, Inc. and Metropolitan Development Company.  First City/Metropolitan built homes and developed master planned communities throughout California, Arizona, and Nevada.
